Kronveil, a brand operated by Zala Core LLC, a company registered in the state of Wyoming, United States ("Kronveil," "we," "us," or "our"), grants you access to its website at kronveil.com (the "Site") as a convenience to you, conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (these "Terms of Use").

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, "Content" means, collectively, any text, images, software, source code, applications, specifications, audio files, articles, and other information or content available through the Site that are not Submissions (as defined below).

Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms of Use and Kronveil's Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use and the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy, you must exit the Site immediately and discontinue any use of any Content.

Your use of this Site constitutes your agreement to abide by each of the terms set forth below. Kronveil may change these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms of Use on this Site. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you must cease using this Site. If you do not cease using this Site, you will be deemed to have accepted the change.

You are also subject to the Kronveil Privacy Policy.

Use, Restrictions & Eligibility

The Site is provided solely as a convenience to you for non-commercial use. You may use the Site only in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and with these Terms of Use. You acknowledge and agree that Kronveil, in its sole discretion and without notice or any further obligation to you, may temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue your access to or use of the Site. You further agree that you will not: (a) modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works of, transfer, or sell any Content; (b) other than for your use of the Site as expressly permitted in these Terms of Use, access or attempt to access any systems or servers on which the Site is hosted or modify or alter the Site in any way; or (c) forge headers, create a false identity, or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to deceive others or disguise the origin of any Content or other information transmitted to or via the Site.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Site or purchase any products or services offered through the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Use. If you are under 18, you may not use the Site or make any purchases. Kronveil reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate or suspend access to the Site for any user who does not meet this eligibility requirement.

Copyright

The Content and the Site, as well as the selection and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Kronveil and/or its licensors and are protected by patent, copyright, and other intellectual property laws, and may not be used except in accordance with these Terms of Use or with Kronveil's express written consent. Other than as necessary for your use of the Site in accordance with these Terms of Use, Kronveil grants no other privileges or rights in the Content to you, and you must keep intact all patent, copyright, and other proprietary notices on the Content. Any Content owned by Kronveil's licensors may be subject to additional restrictions.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and trade dress, whether registered or unregistered (collectively the "Marks"), that appear on the Site are proprietary to Kronveil or their respective owners. You may not display or reproduce the Marks other than with the prior written consent of Kronveil, and you may not remove or otherwise modify any trademark notices from any Content.

Submissions

You acknowledge that you are responsible for the information, opinions, messages, comments, photos, and other content or material that you submit, upload, post, or otherwise make available on or through the Site (each a "Submission"), and that you, and not Kronveil, have full responsibility for each Submission you make, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, and trademark and copyright ownership. Unless otherwise explicitly stated herein or in the Kronveil Privacy Policy, you agree that any Submission provided by you in connection with this Site is provided on a non-proprietary and non-confidential basis.

You agree that Kronveil is free to use a Submission for the purpose of providing you with the associated services, and you grant Kronveil a sublicensable, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to link to, use, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, distribute, modify, and prepare derivative works of the Submission in any media. Kronveil agrees to use all of your Submissions in accordance with its Privacy Policy applicable to personally identifiable information. You retain ownership of any copyrights or other intellectual property rights in your Submissions.

You further agree that you will not upload, post, or otherwise make available on this Site any material protected by copyright, trademark, or any other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of such right. You shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from any Submission you make.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own all Submissions posted by you or otherwise have the right to grant the licences set forth above, and (ii) the posting of your Submissions does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, trademark rights, copyrights, or any other rights of any person or entity. You agree to pay all royalties, fees, damages, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any Submissions posted by you to or through this Site.

When submitting content to or otherwise using this Site, you agree not to:

This list of prohibitions provides examples and is not complete or exclusive. Kronveil reserves the right to terminate your access and refuse, delete, or remove any Submissions, with or without cause and with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, or for any action that Kronveil determines is inappropriate or disruptive to this Site or to any other user. Kronveil may report to law enforcement authorities any actions that may be illegal, and will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in any investigation of alleged illegal activity.

These prohibitions do not require Kronveil to monitor, police, or remove any Submissions or other information submitted by you or any other user.

If you submit any feedback or ideas about our products and services to this Site, you hereby assign and agree to assign to Kronveil all right, title, and interest in and to such feedback.

Copyright & Trademark Infringement

Kronveil respects the intellectual property rights of others and asks you to do the same. Kronveil may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, terminate service and/or access to this Site for users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that your work is subject to copyright or trademark infringement and appears on our Site, please provide the following information to info@kronveil.com:

Your notification must include: a physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed; identification of the copyrighted or trademarked work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works if multiple are covered; identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit Kronveil to locate it on the Site; information reasonably sufficient to permit Kronveil to contact you, including your address, telephone number, and email address; a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

Governing Law

All litigation, court proceedings, arbitration proceedings, mediation proceedings, lawsuits, and other actions initiated in connection with the Site and/or the Content must and will be venued exclusively in the State of Wyoming, United States. These Terms of Use and the relationship between you and Kronveil will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws of any jurisdiction.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under any applicable law or rule in any jurisdiction, such invalidity will not affect the effectiveness or validity of any other provision, and these Terms of Use will be reformed and construed as if such provision had never been contained herein. Any headings or titles herein are for convenience only.

The official language of these Terms of Use is exclusively English. All communications, agreements, and proceedings in connection with these Terms of Use will be conducted exclusively in English. Kronveil and you waive any rights to have these Terms of Use written in another language, and any translation is for convenience only.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Kronveil as a result of these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, or any use of the Site. Kronveil's performance of these Terms of Use is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing in these Terms of Use is in derogation of Kronveil's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site. These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Kronveil with respect to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.

Mobile Terms of Use

The Kronveil mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Kronveil. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

By consenting to Kronveil's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Kronveil through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Service-related messages may include order updates and account alerts. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers such as cart reminders.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this programme in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Kronveil. Your participation is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting STOP to our short code or by clicking the unsubscribe link where available in any text message. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation. No further messages will be sent to your device unless initiated by you. For Service support, text HELP or email info@kronveil.com.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the programme with your new number.

Shipping & Product Availability

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website or to certain geographical locations. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return only according to our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products as they appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reproduce all colours.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities of any products or services we offer. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this Site is void where prohibited.

By continuing to use the Site after the effective date, you accept this updated version. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately.
