Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window
At KRONVEIL™, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We offer a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that sale items are final and not eligible for refund.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact us at info@kronveil.com. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about whether your specific item qualifies, get in touch and we'll let you know.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must still be in its original condition: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@kronveil.com and we'll look into it right away.
