30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@kronveil.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. This includes items that have been worn, used, or removed from their original packaging in a way that prevents resale.
We do not accept returns on gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item before initiating a return.

Exchanges
The most straightforward way to exchange an item is to return the original — once the return is accepted — and place a new order separately. This ensures the fastest turnaround and guarantees the item you want is reserved for you.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund on their end.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@kronveil.com and we will look into it immediately.
