The Problem
Your circadian rhythm doesn't respond to blue light alone. The short-wavelength green light (450–520nm) suppresses melatonin just as effectively — and most glasses don't touch it. Filtering 400–450nm gives your brain 15% of the protection it needs. We filter 400–520nm. All of it.
